When making the booking, please be clear on your requirements. you have an option to specify number of passengers, number of luggages and any special request. Our goal is to provide you with a quality service at a fair price. Information you provide us enables us to find the right vehicle that matches your requirement.

We provide only A/C vehicles. The A/C is expected to be working always. The only exception is for trips to hilly areas where the A/C needs to be turned off for during in hilly region to prevent overload on the vehicle engine.

Mostly our taxies are new and very good running condition, Minor repair like tyre deflation etc. can be rectified soon. In case of major breakdown, it is our endeavour to arrange a alternate taxi to your destination with minimal loss of time and comfort.

Our seating configurations are listed when you making booking, we typically list seating capacity as x+1 where x=number of passengers and +1 is the chauffeur/driver.

You can book up to 30 calendar days in advance of date of departure. Please do enquire with us through our helpline, in case you have any other specific requirements and we will definitely try our best fit in your request.

We try our best to ensure our drivers reach our customer on time. But in case of delay, do call us and we will help you by providing an alternate vehicle at the earliest.

Any online booking would require you to make the booking at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. If you need a cab earlier than this, then please call through our customer care for booking.
